organisations for specific elements of our work. We work with potential partners to
develop bespoke packages that meet both our needs.
Recent examples of successful partnerships include:
 |
The growing Campaign
which encourages children and their parents to adopt a
healthier and more sustainable attitude to the journey to school.
It is promoted jointly by
The National Travelwise Association
and Living Streets, and supported by
The Department for Transport
and
Transport for London

 |
| The Liveable London Report
which assessed the needs of older and disabled people in accessing
essential services such as food shops, post offices and public transport.
This campaign was supported by the
National Association of Pharmacies
who represent the owners of 11,000 community
pharmacies. The NPA recognises that, "For vulnerable, high-user groups,
such as the elderly, infirm and disabled,
safe and easy access to the full range of medicines,
including dispensing and professional advice is particularly crucial." |
